The capital of the Forums is composed of the annual subscription contributed by the Members as decided by the Forum. As decided by the Forum, the Secretary of the OERC hasbeen authorized to open aBank Account at a Nationalised Bank in the name of FORENS. Accordingly, a bank account in the Union Bank of India, Nayapalli Branch, situated at Bhubaneswar, Odisha has been opened in the name of FORENS with Secretary, OERC as the authorized signatory.Odisha Electricity Regulatory Commission receivesannual subscription from the member Commissions of the Forum to carry out the activities of the Forum.
