IN THE MATTER OF : WESCO'S APPLICATION FOR REVENUE REQUIREMENT & RETAIL TARIFF FOR THE YEAR 2003-04

Apropos of the public notice dt.04.03.2003, it is hereby notified that the hearing of the application of WESCO for Revenue Requirement & Retail Tariff for the year 2003-04 which has been fixed to 22.03.2003 at 11.00 A.M. is kept in abeyance until further orders. The hearing is kept in abeyance in view of the fact that certain aspects of the present tariff for the 2002-03 is now subjudice in the Hon'ble High Court.
