HEARING OF CESCO'S APPLICATION FOR
 REVENUE REQUIREMENT & RETAIL TARIFF FOR THE YEAR 2003-04

Pursuant to the Notice published in the English and Oriya dailies with regard to the application of M/s NESCO for Revenue Requirement & Retail Tariff for the year 2003-04, it is notified that the aforesaid application will be taken up for hearing on 21.03.2003 at 11.00 A.M. in the Hearing Hall of the Commission’s office at Bhubaneswar. The following objections against the above stated application of NESCO have been admitted by the Commission for hearing. 

Both applicant M/s NESCO and the objectors whose objections have been admitted for hearing are hereby directed to appear personally or through their authorised representatives or duly constituted attorney before the Commission on the date and time mentioned above.

Please take note that no further individual notices will be issued by the Commission to the objectors listed below.
