IN THE MATTER OF : GRIDCO'S APPLICATION FOR ANNUAL REVENUE REQUIREMENT AND TRANSMISSION & BULK SUPPLY TARIFF FOR THE YEAR 2003-04

Apropos of the public notice dt.04.03.2003, it is hereby notified that the hearing of the application of GRIDCO for Annual Revenue Requirement and Transmission & Bulk Supply Tariff for the year 2003-04 which has been fixed to 20.03.2003 at 11.00 A.M. is kept in abeyance until further orders. The hearing is kept in abeyance in view of the fact that certain aspects of the present tariff for the 2002-03 is now sub judice in the Hon'ble High Court.
