Case No.9/2003

IN THE MATTER OF : CESCO’S APPLICATION FOR REVENUE
REQUIREMENT & RETAIL TARIFF FOR THE YEAR 2003-04

The Hon’ble High Court of Orissa in their order dt.14.03.2003 passed in Misc. Case No.414/2003 & Misc. Case No.580/2003 arising out of OJC No.6751 of 2001 have directed that though the OERC can continue the exercise of determination of tariff, the same shall not be given effect to without leave of this Court.

Apropos of the public notice dt.04.03.2003 & dt.13.03.2003, it is hereby notified that the hearing of the application of CESCO for Revenue Requirement & Retail Tariff for the year 2003-04 will be taken up for hearing on 08.04.2003 at 11.00 A.M. in the Hearing Hall of the Commission’s office at Bhubaneswar. 

Both applicant M/s CESCO and the objectors (as per the Public Notice dt.04.03.2003) are hereby directed to appear personally or through their authorised representatives or duly constituted attorney before the Commission on the date and time mentioned above.

Please take note that no further individual notices will be issued by the Commission to the objectors.
