3. During hearing the counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed its rejoinder to the reply of the respondent. He also prays for adjournment of hearing as the respondent has taken steps for implementation of order dated 30.09.2020 of the GRF, Balasore passed in C.C. Case No. 268/2020 so also order dated 23.12.2020 of the Ombudsman-II passed in C.R. Case No. 21 of 2020. The respondent prays the Commission to direct the petitioner to serve the copy of such rejoinder on the respondent as he has not received the same till date and time may be allowed to file its reply to the rejoinder of the petitioner.
