Due to Covid-19 pandemic situation the Commission had decided to hear the matter through Video Conferencing in the Virtual Court on 10.08.2021. Accordingly the parties had been intimated.

3. The case is taken up for hearing on question of admission as well as on merit through video conferencing. During hearing Shri K. C. Nanda, DGM (Fin.), TPWODL and the representative of TPSODL, TPNODL & TPCODL have prayed for adjournment of hearing as they have not filed their reply to the present application of OPTCL.
4. Prayer of the DISCOMs for filing of reply and adjournment of hearing is allowed. The Commission has been pleased to implead Shri R. P. Mahapatra as a party. The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of its application to Shri Mahapatra today. Shri Mahapatra and the respondents are directed to file their reply by 24.08.2021 serving a copy of the same on the petitioner. OPTCL is directed to file its rejoinder to the said reply of the respondents by 07.09.2021 serving copy on the respondents.
5. Post the matter on 14.09.2021 at 11.00 AM for further hearing. No further notice shall be issued in this regard to the parties concerned.
