Due to Covid-19 pandemic situation the Commission had decided to hear the matter through Video Conferencing in the Virtual Court on 03.08.2021. Accordingly the parties were intimated.

3. The case is taken up for hearing on question of admission as well as on merit through video conferencing. During hearing the representatives of the TPWODL & TPSODL pray the Commission to direct the petitioner to serve the copy of their petition on them as they have not received the same till date. TPSODL, TPWODL and TPNODL have also prayed for adjournment of hearing today as they have to file their reply in the above matter.
4. Prayer for adjournment of hearing by the respondents is allowed. The petitioner is directed to serve the soft copy of its petition on the respondents through email today. The respondents who have not filed their reply are directed to file the same by 17.08.2021 serving a copy of the same on the petitioner. GRIDCO is directed to file its rejoinder to the reply of the respondents by 31.08.2021 serving copy on the other side.
5. Post the matter on 07.09.2021 at 11.00 AM for hearing on question of admission as well as on merit. No further notice shall be issued to the parties concerned in this regard.
